Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Cocoa Mountain Ltd endeavours to produce the finest and most delicious hand-crafted chocolate products. Thus as a result, we aim to deliver the best possible customer experience, and we therefore adhere to and if possible exceed, all current and proposed legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights according to United Kingdom law.
Chocolate Products
Product and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. If necessary we will substitute for an equal or higher priced item directly, as the majority of our orders are time critical and we may not have time to contact you. If time is available we will attempt to contact you.
Cancelling your Order
When shopping with Cocoa Mountain , you can be assured of complete peace of mind.
As a consumer, under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day cooling off period runs from when you get the last of the batch.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel please contact us immediately by email at info@cocoamountain.co.uk. Should you wish, we can provide a form for this purpose by emailing info@cocoamountain.co.uk. Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order you have a further 14 days in which to arrange for the goods to be returned to our premises:

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
We request all items are returned at the customers cost. Returned chocolates must be in perfect condition and un-opened and be returned to us using a recorded delivery. Returned items must be checked by us on arrival to be in perfect condition for re-sale and any breakages or damages cannot be refunded.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied….
Damaged items:
All our chocolate gifts are despatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping them. If any items are unfortunately damaged in transit by circumstances out with our control, you can return them to us at the address above. Once we have received the item, we will refund the full purchase cost of that item or send out a replacement by return & refund reasonable postage costs incurred.
Ordering
There is no minimum order value for UK deliveries. For overseas deliveries, minimum order value is £25.00.
